Abstract:

We are constructing an anonymous video of current Siena College students that we will use as a launchpad for discussion in small groups this upcoming semester. Our goal with this video and subsequent workshop is to highlight the diverse backgrounds of our Siena College students and to remind everyone that diversity and disparity often go unnoticed; when our backgrounds are what we should be most proud of.
